This is an interesting opportunity to become part of a luxury fashion brand as a sustainability and compliance manager in Industrial Sustainability and Compliance Department. This role is integral to managing and overseeing end-to-end traceability in production, from data collection across the supply chain to data management, reporting and Digital Product Passport implementation, in order to support the Group in responding end being compliant to upcoming sustainability legislations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive traceability processes across the entire supply chain and production operations, designing data flows, roles and responsibilities
Oversee data collection, integration, and management within ERP and other production systems to ensure full traceability of supply chains, materials and products
Ensure compliance with all relevant traceability, transparency, and digital product passport regulations
Coordinate cross-functional teams to embed traceability processes within production, logistics, and operations.
Lead the industrial transformation project on traceability, ensuring alignment with brand roup sustainability goals and regulatory requirements
Produce regular reports on traceability metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring transparent communication to stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage Lifecycle Assessment (LCA) activities in the Group
Conduct internal training sessions to enhance understanding and implementation of traceability initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, adapting processes strategies as necessary
Your Profile
Minimum of 5 years in supply chain traceability function or similar, with practical experience in managing processes and data systems, preferably in the luxury fashion industry or similar sectors with complex, global supply chains.
Talent to navigate and understand complex production systems and ability to aggregate and streamline relative processes and data.
In-depth knowledge of international regulations on traceability, transparency, and upcoming digital product passport standards.
Experience in structuring and carrying out LCA or EPD activities, with the capability in coordinating external partners and consultants.
Understanding of ERP and production systems.
Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in English language, both in oral and written communication.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Location: Based in Tuscany, this role requires occasional travels.
