THE ROLE
As an ESG Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate reporting of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data. Your responsibilities will include:
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting ESG data to meet regulatory requirements and support our sustainability goals
Ensuring compliance with regulatory developments and reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy Regulation)
Evolve a reporting tool that integrates all aspects of ESG reporting
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (HR, Procurement, Corporate EHS, Operations, and Business Teams) for effective communication of ESG data
Ensure key personnel across the company understand their responsibilities related to ESG reporting
Monitor industry and regulatory developments to stay informed about ESG standards
YOUR PROFILE
Relevant degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering
Working experience in sustainability-related functions, ideally with interpretation of data
Strong interest in Environmental, Social and Governance issues
Previous experience or coursework related materiality assessments is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Willingness to work with databases is a must, knowledge of data collection tools is a plus
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop own ideas and implement approaches alone and in a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Fluency in English is mandatory, any additional language is a plus
