What to expect?

As a Project Manager, you will drive the entire lifecycle of onboarding and implementing our Advanced Analytics algorithms, an integral component of our SaaS Cloud offering. These algorithms are designed to empower our customers effectively managing, monitoring, and controlling their renewable energy assets.

The main responsibilities will include:

Plan, strategize, and execute every phase of the onboarding and implementation of our Advanced Analytics algorithms, from the initial conceptualization to the final deployment and ongoing support.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and expectations.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and secure resource availability and allocation.
Guarantee that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.
Measure project performance effectively with appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies; and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs with suitable verification techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate issues to management, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Furthermore, you are expected to run regular feedback loops with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather insights. Furthermore, structure the input received to guide the ongoing development and evolution of our products ensuring our offerings better meet their requirements and needs.

You will join the Project Execution Team in Cloud Solutions, where we design, develop, and operate the best-in-class cloud-based platform for renewable energy assets such as wind, solar, and storage. Our expertise lies in delivering modular digital solutions and advanced analytics enabling both our internal and external customers, and strategic partners, to seamlessly consume and produce innovative data-driven solutions and services. Our goal is to empower asset owners and managers in remote monitoring, performance assessment, predictive diagnostics, and operational optimization of their diverse renewable energy portfolio.

About you
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field.

2-5 years’ experience in project management in the renewable energy industry.
Proven track record of driving project actions to completion within specified timelines, resources, and budget.
Knowledge and/or experience with monitoring and energy asset management tools such as SCADA or other relevant systems.
Customer-oriented approach with a proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships, consistently addressing their requirements, needs, challenges, and expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
And if you have got all this in your pocket, consider it a bonus:

Background in data acquisition processes (dataloggers), quality assurance, and/or industrial communication systems and networking protocols for wind, solar, and/or battery storage assets.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE II, or other relevant.
As an individual, you excel in planning and organization and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build robust relationships with customers. You demonstrate adaptability to evolving requirements and circumstances, always maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
