Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist
Location: Madrid – 4 days a week office based working
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Specialist to join our dynamic ESG team. As the DE&I Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive social impact within our organisation in social and environmental topics, such as: benefits, diversity, integrity, working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive DE&I strategies that align with the organisation’s values and goals.
Foster a culture of inclusion through employee resource groups, mentorship programs, and other initiatives.
Lead social impact assessments, engaging with stakeholders to understand and address community concerns.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.
Develop and implement social responsibility policies and initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs, and local communities.
Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance awareness and understanding of social issues.
Participate in the development and implementation of corporate sustainability goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in similar roles, preferably from a public company
Strong understanding of ESG reporting requirements.
Experience in conducting social impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across various departments.
Fluency in English
Soft skills: energetic, collaborative, good influencer, strong communicator, proactive personality
