Your Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator specialized in Procedures & Standards to join our dynamic team in Madrid and contribute to the Asset Management team at Exus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the supervision of the overall operation of assigned renewable energy assets.
- Organize meetings with service providers when required and report outcomes internally.
- Foster a strong HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) culture at each site, working closely with the QHSE Manager to implement the management system.
- Assist in coordinating the activities of Asset Managers and Site Managers, including role definition, objective setting, and planning.
- Help manage day-to-day operational, contractual, and administrative issues, collaborating with the Operations team to resolve matters related to stakeholders, QHSE, yield performance, and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure operations and results are aligned with expectations, and propose mitigation actions when needed.
- Support the analysis and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, availability, performance ratio (PR), and incidents.
- Assist in preparing monthly project performance reports for internal review.
- Propose and help lead optimization initiatives and monitor their results.
- Contribute to the management of the project’s insurance strategy.
- Organize and maintain technical documentation across projects.
- Ensure contractor obligations are met and monitor warranty compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of internal methods and tools.
What You Bring
- Experience in Engineer, mathematician, physicist, or similar fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including at least 2 years in an Asset Management role.
- Passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to driving renewable energy solutions.
