Verisure is seeking a passionate, analytical, and forward-thinking Environmental Compliance Associate to join our growing Technology ESG & Regulatory team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable product design and compliance in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.

This role will be instrumental in driving Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), implementing Digital Product Passports (DPP), and integrating ESG data into our digital infrastructure.
You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, IT, procurement, and legal teams to ensure our products meet the highest sustainability and regulatory standards. Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using tools like SimaPro, GaBi, or OpenLCA.
- Drive implementation of Digital Product Passports (DPP) aligned with EU ESPR.
- Integrate ESG data into digital systems (PLM, ERP, LCA databases).
- Monitor and interpret EU sustainability regulations (ESPR, CPR, Batteries Regulation).
- Maintain technical documentation and product environmental profiles.
- Support supplier data collection (PFAS, carbon footprint, circularity).
- Contribute to ESG reporting and disclosures.
- Participate in industry working groups and stakeholder consultations.
- Conduct internal training on ESG regulations.
- Design and maintain internal ESG policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Materials Science, or related technical field.
- 4–7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or product compliance roles.
- Proven experience conducting LCAs and interpreting results.
- Familiarity with Digital Product Passport frameworks and interoperability standards.
- Understanding of EU regulatory landscape (ESPR, CPR, Batteries regulation, CSRD, SCIP/ECHA).
- Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in technology-driven or manufacturing environments.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
