We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting (Strategy & Operations) with specific focus in the Energy and Utilities sector.

As part of our team, you will help our clients to re-think their business and operating models within the changing energy environment, leveraged by Decentralization, Digitalization, Decarbonization and Data Driven operations:

• Evolve and transform their business models to capture arising opportunities from the new digital economy and energy transition.
• Undergo digital transformation, introducing disruptive technologies and data analytics through all the business processes helping to enable new competitive advantages and to change the traditional ways of doing things.
• Manage complex transformational programs in multinational companies.

Your new role:

• Work on challenging projects that have a meaningful impact on clients.
• Diversify your experience and know-how, with a polyvalent role in different projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the energy industry, which will allow us to have a real impact on our clients.
• Address our customers´ challenges, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development.
• Develop and synthesize business conclusions and be able to communicate them with high executive sponsors (C – Level).
• Take part in our full business cycle, helping in the design of new offerings, project proposals and engaging our customers for business continuity.

What we expect from you:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex ideas, issues, and analysis in actionable ways.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Business Administration, Economics or similar would be also considered.

At least 2 years of experience working in management consulting, energy & utilities companies or similar industries. Specific category will depend on candidate experience and skills (Energy knowledge highly valuable).

Proficiency in Office 365 tools to develop complex business cases and C-Level documents.

Proficiency in English. Other languages valued.
