Are you considering a career in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability?

Are you unsure whether to specialise or generalise your skills and expertise?

As Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability roles continue to shift and with an increasing number of people starting or switching careers, the ICRS North-West Hub will ask the question, is it better to generalise or specialise?

This one-hour virtual meeting will feature a discussion between the North West Hub Co-Chairs:

Alex Mayes, Social Value Manager at Laing O’ Rourke, and
Eloise Sochanik, Sustainability Manager at RSK Group

Each will take one side of the conversation, each with lots of time for questions and discussion from attendees.

Don’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights and advice on navigating a career in sustainability. They look forward to seeing you there!

About the organisers

This event was organised by the ICRS North-West Hub.

The ICRS is the UK’s professional association for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CRS). Their aim is to help people be brilliant at CRS.

They have standard memberships and Fellowships. They encourage all members to work towards becoming Fellows of the ICRS using their Competency Framework.

Full-time students and those on accredited apprenticeship schemes can apply to join the ICRS for free via their website.

The ICRS has Hubs all over the UK and Ireland, which organise events from seminars to coffee mornings and socials.
